This lamp from Micro has 2 modes: permanent and flashing. The Micro LED runs on 2 button cell batteries (CR2032) and these are included. You can easily replace the batteries yourself, no tools required. The lamp is easily attached using 2 flexible Velcro straps, which are also included. The lamp is water resistant.
