Warranty and repair

Fortunately, it doesn’t happen very often, but unfortunately sometimes a product arrives to you damaged or defective within the warranty period.

When this happens send me a message describing the defect. With a scooter, you often don’t have to return the entire scooter. It is often possible for me to send you a new part. For this I would like to hear from you what brand and type of scooter it is and what part it is about. Shipping costs will be for Stepsonline.nl in the event of a defect.

If the product arrives to you damaged please send a picture of the damage and the packaging material immediately. We will then contact you within 24 hours about handling it.

About the warranty period:
On the frame of a scooter you get a two-year warranty. Furthermore, the products of Stepsonline.nl are under the in the Netherlands applicable legal warrantyperiod.

Did the probleem with the product occurred due to your own fault or is the product normally used but just worn out? Then are you not entitled to free repair, a new product or a refund of your money. However, Kickbikeonline is happy to consider the purchase of a replacement product or repair at its own expense.
